Arc de Triomphe

Kneeling backbend

How: Both kneel facing each other; B leans back into an arch until the hands touch the floor behind; A holds B's hips.
What it may reach: The arch opens B's hips and tilts the angle up; slow rocking works best.
Best for: Backbend fans, yoga regulars, anyone who wants a photo opportunity.
Group-chat wisdom: Stretch before arching. Paris will still be there.
History: Named after the Paris monument, for the arch. Napoleon ordered the arch, not the position.
