Pull-Up Bar

Hanging from the bar

How: B hangs from a door-frame pull-up bar and wraps the legs around A's waist; A stands and holds B's hips.
What it may reach: Standing face to face with B weightless; A supports, B swings.
Best for: Climbers, gymnasts, people who own a pull-up bar that isn't a coat hanger.
Group-chat wisdom: Check the bar's weight rating. Then check it again.
History: Our name. Door-frame pull-up bars became popular home-gym kit in the 2000s; this is not in the manual.
