Turtle

Curled up, kneeling

How: B kneels and curls up tight like the child's pose in yoga, arms back along the legs; A kneels behind.
What it may reach: A compact Doggy: B's folded position makes it snug and deep.
Best for: People who want Doggy without holding up their weight, yoga regulars.
Group-chat wisdom: Curl up like a turtle. Pop your head out when you need air.
History: Named after a turtle tucked in its shell (and the yoga child's pose).
